Define scope

You select the scope of the LBBAL™ services based on your company’s specific needs.

Proposal

We will send you a proposal that is tailored to your needs, along with our standard services agreement, for your review.

Engagement

Once the services agreement is signed, we will deliver our services per contract. Our scope of work may be modified by mutual agreement at any time. Our engagement must be renewed on an annual basis.

Payment

Expert consulting services are tallied by the hour in 15 minute increments. Our subscription package and networking services cover a full year. Invoicing may be available in other currencies, and on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis, depending on the specific arrangement. We facilitate safe and compliant payments via our online service provider. Applicable taxes will be applied to the invoice.

If your needs change

The scope of our consulting services may be modified at any time by mutual agreement, including adding work orders. You may terminate our services for any reason with 30 days’ notice. Our engagement must be renewed on an annual basis.
