Once we understand your needs, we will explain which LBBAL™ services would help you, and how much it would cost.
We will send you a proposal in the form of a draft work order that is tailored to your needs, along with our standard services agreement, for your review. Our standard services contract covers the specific services you need in the near term via the work order and engages us for the duration of a year (with no additional implied financial obligation), so you can reach out to us and arrange for further services on demand, which would be defined in additional work orders as needed.
Once the services agreement is signed, we will deliver our services per contract. The work order may be modified at any time, and additional work orders may be added as long as our contract is still effective (annual renewal is required to maintain our engagement and availability).
Invoicing may be available in other currencies, and on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis, depending on the specific arrangement. We facilitate safe and compliant payments via our online service provider. Applicable taxes will be applied to the invoice.
The scope of our consulting services may be modified at any time by mutual agreement, including adding work orders. You may terminate our services for any reason with 30 days’ notice. Our engagement must be renewed on an annual basis to maintain our engagement and availability.
